Bug description: When they use Hunter's Mark upon a player, that player will target the hunter. Actually they don't even need to cast it, they can be at 1k yd range and press the ability and whoever he's targeting will target the Hunter. Now that is annoying.
Proof: No proof is needed hopefully.
