Bug description: *Soul of the Forest increase .... BY 200% , so its normal heal + (200*normal heal)/100 (just to underline this).

All the following numbers are generated by my druid with its current stats, talents, etc.

Soul of the Forest @ Regrowth - it increases the healing by 100%, not by 200% :
Normal regrowth = 86.190 +2.3k ticks
Buffed regrowth = 172.300 + 6.9k ticks (so you observe the HoT part is increased by 200% and initial healing is increased by 100%, it should heal for {86.190+[(200*86.190)/100]}=86.190*3=258.57k healing)

Soul of the Forest @ Wild Growth & Rejuvenation - Works fine.

Proof: 19.48 -> You can see that the healing is 3times normal healing (28k -> 84k(28*3) rejuv ticks ; same for regrowth )
