Bug description: NPC isn't spawned anywhere (should drop a mount, you cant see loot on wow freakz link)

i did the same this morning, posted separately for each missing mount droping rare in Draenor and all got rejected instantly, while yesterday 2 similar topics were deemed worthy of attention and got fixed.

Yesterday i post other mobs that were not implemented and they implemented them ..., and by the way a npc that is not implemented is not the same as one that this bug.
