Bug description: Right now this isn't working as it should ,you should get slwoed by 90% after 2 sec according to https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=234955 (wowhead link) but it doesn't work ,only 50% stats does ,or you get stuck in place ..
Proof: easy to test

"or you get stuck in place ..." is an artifact trait I believe (10% each second to actually root you).
