Bug description: Friend is completely stuck on this quest. He did it correctly the first time through, but the quest did not complete for him. So he relogged and it allowed him to take the quest again,
however this time once he got to the end it really won't let him finish. He already has the three artifact weapons, so the game won't let him take the one on the ground which is stopping him from
being able to complete the quest.
