How do I request/open a ticket?

Hello,

Just a quick question: How do you request a ticket?

I know bugs is on the forums( and already reported ), but this problem seems to be affecting only me.

I try to do .ticket ingame but it doesn't do anything to me so I request a ticket the blizzard way, but I don't think thats the correct way to do.
If it is, I will just wait for the answer and you can lock this topic.
