Confirmed, same happened to me. No reward on database. Should give https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=119466&&name=ikky as reward.

Completed the quest today and can also confirm that this is still the case. No reward for completing the Ikky Quest (supposed to get Ikky battle pet for reward)
