Bug description: When you cast aimed shot and meanwhile instant one procs it will get consumed by casted one.

Confirm, is pretty annoying, I leave my MM spec because of this bug

I just finished testing it, it works as intended, it's only consumed by the instant Aimed Shot! (Instant one)
