Ban ???

Again my char was banned by client modification without me doing anything at all, the ban that was 1 day ago is now 2 weeks, I really want to know what happened, I downloaded the full game, 46GB, and it's been intact ever since , Be banned 2 times without doing anything, is it a bug? need help

Also stop creating dozens of topics and wait answers in the first created. No unban.
