Login bug

Bug description: I want to connect to server, but after i put my correct password (i checked the capslock or anything else) i get disconnected from server.

This usually means a connection cannot be established to our login realms. Possible causes:

• Your firewall is blocking connections, deactivate it

• You are behind a router and your ports are blocked. Easiest way do avoid this is set your computer as a DMZ zone (demilitarized zone). How to do this depends on your router, google enable DMZ YOUR_ROUTER_NAME. If you can't do that but you know how to unblock ports, check the next step

• If you are in a public network with ports blocked and no access to the router you will have to contact your network administrator and tell him tu unblock the following TCP ports: 1111-1119, 1129, 8001-8009, 8019, 8085, 8086

There are 2 common reasons for this error:

• You are not using our launcher

• You have a very old account, then all you need to do is login once on the main website https://www.wow-freakz.com/ then you should be able to login ingame

The computer couldn't connect to the login server because a security program was blocking the connection, or because the connection was unstable.

• Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.
• Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.
• Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.
• Release and renew your IP and flush your DNS to resolve any network conflicts.
• Run a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.

Note: A malware program called Scorpion Saver may cause this error. It's difficult to remove and may not be caught by normal antivirus scans. To identify an infection, gather your MSInfo and check Software Environment -> Loaded Modules for "Adpeak." If it appears on the list, contact a certified computer technician in your area for assistance removing the program.
