Legendary's drop

Yesterday the legendary items were added in shop, and i have to ask, is the bad luck protection working properly blizzlike? I know that the algoritm of it it's quite odd but it's rewarding for people who keep grinding m+ for legendary items.
For my personal experience i kept doing every possible way for getting a legendary in the past 3 weeks and haven't got the second since my first one.
