[FIXED] [Quest] [Shaman][Rise, Champions] cannot progress/complete it

Bug description:
I started the quest, i spoke to the 2 champions, I recruited stormcaller mylra , but for some reason i already had hydraxis in my champion list so i could speak to him but i could not recruit him. After seeing that the quest was finished but i couldn't complete it (no ? on the map) i decided to abandon and retake the quest. This time i can't even speak to the 2 champions but i do have them recruited.
Proof:
As you can see there is no question mark above them and not even a speech bubble when i mouse over them.
