[FIXED] [Item] Can't open artifact traits on my artifact weapon!

WoW Freakz item link: Claws of Ursoc
Character: Cyalana, Night Elf Druid
Bug description: Can't open traits, only counts for Claws of Ursoc

I'm able to level up my Moonkin, Restro and Feral artifact weapon, put relics in it and open up traits, but my Claws of Ursoc somehow do not work, i tried restoring it on the website wich i ended up with losing ALL my artifact traits on my fangs of ashamane too, after restoring my artifact weapon Claws of Ursoc i deleted my cache, wich ended up not working, is there a way to fix this? Or am i not able to be tanking anymore?
