yea can confirm this , happens when taking any portal or instant flying path .

I confir this too. I think it's a global problem, i don't know about other classes' own buffs, but I have seen that if you buff someone and enter portal / change phase / simply be in a LoS state for a single moment, the buffs themselves disappear, from yourself or the target you used them on ( @ kings, wisdom and even beacon).
