Bug description: There's a bug with adrenaile rush, the ability should make your energy generation 100% faster for the next 15 seconds, which happens is the total oposite, it starts to drain your energy. Please have a look on this since its an important cd for our rotation.

It's not Adrenaline Rush specific, more like energy vs haste problem.

Should be fixed after a couple of restarts, I'll tag you on discord when it goes live
