Bug description: In Guo-lai halls, all the Caches are empty. Always. Give Lesser charms, but nothing else. Same issue with most of the bounus bags. Muck-covered shoes for example (but i's already reported)
Proof: I don't have a screenshot yet, cannot login. Sorry
