Bug description: The dmg of the second Flamestrike that hits the target is to low,as you can see my first Flamestrike hit for 170k dmg the second wave only hits for 12k then again later in the video flamestrike first wave hits for 180k second one just for 29k

Flamestrike deals 230% SP damage, modified by lots of things.

Aftershocks deals 39% SP damage, most of the abovementioned modifiers might not apply. It is not bugged.

Go check any logs from live right now as coefficients haven't been touched and you will see that aftershocks is way lower in dmg scaling compared to a regular flamestrike. It's functioning properly.
