Artifact Weapon quest bug

I have a problem with my hunter and shaman artifact quest lines. For both my characters I had the problem with the quest lines and I have made forum posts for help (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/COMPLETED-Thasdorah-legacy-of-the-windrunners-and-q-Hunter-to-Hunter-missing-t475152.html https://forum.wow-freakz.com/COMPLETED-Shaman-artifatc-weapon-t477746.html) after which on both characters I was given artifact weapons, for which I am tankful.

But now I have I problem that is seems like the q line for weapons is not finished and I cant progress further to obtain more folowers and 3rd relic (on both characters I am lev 110 and only have only one folower- I can provide screenshots if necessary). I have looked all over class hall and none of the NPCs is giving any quests

EDIT: for both of my characters quests appeared, who ever made the fix I thank you
