Bug description: Sanguine pools are not suppose to tick right away, in bliz there is a small amount of allowance time for players/mobs to move out of the pool

And it was only on 7.2 that the damage was changed to apply on first tick immediately.

And for the above video, at around 2:24, when the first cat dies and people are standing on the corpse, it takes a while before they start taking damage.
