[REJECTED] Two Items lost due to crash.

Item Name & ID: Dreadful Cyclopean Signet (139237) / Shrieking Bloodstone (139254).

Details: (optional) After killing the Il'gynoth Mythic, I've received two items but due to crash I lost them. Plus the thing is that I've no idea why I received a wrong relic from this boss? It dropped a Relic from Spider boss. Is there any chance to get the correct relic from this boss? or I just have to live with the fact that I was screwed by the loot table. So if you check the armory you will see that the items were received but for some reason, they appear as the Normal version. From the screenshots below you can clearly see that the items are Mythic 880.
