Did it happen multiple times? Like he used it (the stacks went down) then he built up the stacks again? Or it was at the beginning of a battleground?

It is possible that he joined with that aura on, and it wasn't removed for some reason when entering the bg? I need to know if it's possible for them to appear DURING bg, or after he used it, it disappeared and never came back.

Exactly, i've seen it like 3 times with different amount of stacks. Regarding the other situations, i'm not really sure, since he was a rogue ( mainly in stealth ) i didn't had time / attention to check him if he joined the BG with it or not, plus, he was my enemy, not a friendly that i can target whenever i want.
