Bug description: Okay so without any stats divine hammer spins for 12 sec and gives 2 holy power instantly,but it lasts 3 more sec.
When it comes off cooldown and when u refresh it, it actually has a delay 2 sec on holy power gain which is a huge issue.
Proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gtX3mtOExU ,outside in the world its even worse than in class hall training dummy,and no its not lag i have 60ms.

ye annoying bug meanwhile you can help your opener by casting it from a distance while you move to the target to avoid this

confirmed. this bug happens only when you have divine hammer and you refresh it, i guess is from the fact that the server waits for the spell to finish and then applies it again creating a 2 sec delay on holy power gained.
