1 silver guild allowance

Not sure if Other or Low Priority Misc, so just putting it here since it doesn't seem like that big of an issue to me atleast.
Bug description: Guilds only allow for up to 1 silver to be exchanged per day (by anyone other than the owner) either via the mobile/stationary gbanks, as well as guild repairs.

I will check to see if GV's "stuff" works with GV gold but as far as I know I can take and store as much as you can about repairs from GV's "account" I know the guild master can change it from guild settings

Is working the guild bank repair en all stuff aboute guild vault so just set the gold for repair
