Bug description: In ICC normal Deathbringer Saurfang doesn't spawn after talking to High Overlord. Event starts, door open, HOS is talking, but there is no boss walking out. You can't pass to Upper Spire too and there is no teleportation path, however I've heard that he works in 25 heroic mode. If he can't be fixed now, would you consider giving us possibility to enter heroic mode without clearing normal?
