Bug description: In current version (7.1.5) this talent should not upgrade the rage cost of trash by 15. This was happening since 7.0.3 but removed in last patch. Atm in Freakz realm it still does.

Yes , it should also deal 50% less damage

I asked confirmation from a GM, Freakz is still in the 7.1.5_23420 version from January 11th 2017, that means each later change like the one you pointed out (January 17th) has no purpose to be added here.
It is extremely important to refer to the exact version GMs decided Freakz should be and no adding random patch that were added later in live server.

As you can see, the talent text ingame mention rightly 100%.

Yeah? Then why do they apply hotfixes from february then? This which has already been fixed is from 3rd of february.

According to the answer the GM gave me, you are wrong, hotfixes (except bug fix) later than january 11th should not be made.
The dev in your link may have forgotten to check if his patch was supposed to be applied at Freakz version or not.

Or else, there is a different point of view in the Freakz staff about patchs to apply or not.
May a person in charge able to set a clear rule about the version Freakz should be, instead of having differents records.

Sharpened Claws should deal 50% damage and cost no rage according to the hotfixes.
