Bug description: Dragon soul only can do with raid group

solo player can not do that
and they can't get mount or transmog
can you fix it and To be available for solo player ?

All require Raid group well how can i get transmog and mounts ?

Currently you need to be in a raid to acccess that instance if you are under lvl 110.

Also, the Ultraxion encounter is bugged. https://forum.wow-freakz.com/PreWod-Content-Bugs-t464920.html

You will get the transmog & the mounts when the instance will be fixed. Until then you can level up to 110 and try the new content. :)

The old content is not a priority right now. It will be fixed soon.

Also, about the bug. Confirmed
