[FIXED] [Paladin][Retribution]Echo of the Highlord lacking procs

Bug description: At high speed with consecutive Templar's Verdict the Echo skips attacks for some reason. I did not have lag while testing.

Proof: You can see the number of the Original(15) hits compared to the Echo(12)

Reproduce this bug with 20% haste and Crusade at max stacks.

I know that between attacks there is a delay so that the Echo can benefit from certain effects that may proc inbetween attacks but this delay needs a bit of polish.

If you are thinking that the Echo can be parried and dodged thats correct. If it would have happen it should have been recorded by Details as a parried or dodge attack.

Give or take the attacks should be really close because the target might die from the main attack just before the Echo procs. If thats the case look above at the proof from 22mil damage on the dummy.

It is not because of HASTE it's because you cast 2x Templar's one after another. Also Ashbringer can Parry apparently wtf. Confirmed.
