Bug description: if there be many marked targets, like 10 or more, and you cast [Marked Shot], while arrows are shooting out from your bow you cannot cast any spells, looks like you are silenced untill the animation ends.

i didnt notice your point over video, it might be another problem. the problem i adressed is easy to test and notice, thats why i didnt record a vid for it.
