[FIXED] [Warrior][Fury] Meat cleaver vs Rampage

Bug description: If you whirlwind while the character is doing Rampage you dont get the Meat Cleaver buff.

You can Whirlwind while your caracter is doing rampage only on its last hit and the whirlwind damage is considered to come after rampage so there will be no cleave

The bigest problem with https://imgur.com/a/1VCE2 is that on Rampage disappear after the first hit of Rampage and you can click on the link i give you abount Meat Cleaver and at the section " Effect #1 " you will see the 5 hits of rampage that are take in consideration by Meat Cleaver .

Fist is freakz version and Second Blizz version .

Oh so the Meat Cleaver buff should fade only when the last tick of rampage hits not when you press it.

The problem is a spell queueing issue. A simple fix would be to make Meat Cleaver effective in the next Rampage/Bloodthirst cast.

Also, I tested 2 x rampage on a single target 10 hits in total and I got 600k damage average.

I buffed myself with Meat Cleaver and casted 1 rampage on 2 targets. Result was 10 hits for the same amount of damage 600k. Which is wrong, it should only deal 50% damage on the second target.

Which means that the 50% damage AoE penalty is not working. I let the dev confirm.

Meat Cleaver still affects all the 5 damaging abilities of Rampage, so what Maev says is purely visual atm

Fixed Rampage damaging abilities removing Meat Cleaver => now you can cast Whirlwind while Rampage is going on, you won't lose the buff.
Also, damage penalty was really not working, fixed that too.
