Bug description: it doesn't drop from all the mobs and makes it difficult to farm (e.g Stoneblood Temptress/Worgen Stalker the full list is on wowhead )

True , the mobs don't drop the recipe Im farming them aswell , or the drop chance is extreeeeeeeeemly super low !

Confirmed. I've tried it both with Freak's database to find out the mobs and with Wowhead's and it doesn't drop anywhere (I've farmed around half a day).
