[FIXED] [General] AoE/DoT duration with haste

Bug description: Starfall standard lasts 8 seconds. But with high amounts of haste it starts gliching giving really low durations.

Proof:

I set addon to track starfall duration on him and see how long it last in burst with 93% haste.

Following formula: Duration (sec)= 8 / (1 + TotalHaste) 93% haste would mean a duration of 4.14 seconds on Starfall. He had 2 seconds on it.

Also, it is not visual as it gives him the right nr. of ticks which is 8.
