i think the problem it`s with the spellqueue system, not with the gcd itself, but idk

I believe that this is the reason for shapeshifting bug, where you cast the form but you get in shapeshift and out in an instant.

No, its not the haste. Haste works exactly like on retail and this happens with different haste and GCD values.

After more tests you can basically see that if you cast a spell when GCD has 30%-40% left approximately from its duration the character actually initiate the cast for a fraction of a second ( spell icon brights yellow as it starts to take place as well as animation ) but nothing really happens.

I assume that these gaps in GCD caused by initiating early casts are extending the actual GCD an fluctuates when you initiate the next ability even if it shows that the GCD is off. Basically the few fractions accumulated during the GCD are not allowing the initiation of next spell.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.
