Bug description: You get item wrong item upgrade message. It`s probably related to missing prismatic socket or tertiary stats system or related to scale system.

Why is it wrong? https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=134376&&name=netherstone-choker the original item is 810 green, you got it 840 epic (upgraded)

On blizz i never receive that message on 840 items from world quest or normal mythic dungeon ... just in case of warforged or prismatic socket or tertiary stats ... i played from start until 7.1.5 and i never receive that message for 840 .... https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/sylvanas/cryve here are my character ...

Itemele de la world questuri au un nou baseline , altfel ar fi aparut primul item ca si titanforged ... Cat apare in quest 840 sau 845 ( care apropo inca nu e implementat ) ala e base si nu trebuie sa apara cu upgrade . La fel si pentru Mythice normale si mythice plus .... mesajul trebuie sa apara doar daca se modifica ceva fata de cat ne este indicat.
Este si logic sa nu apara mesajul de upgrade daca ne arata un anumit item level si nu se modifica cu nimic itemul fata de cat ne arata ....

@Solastrian poti sa pui te rog una doua poze de pe blizz ca tu mai ai subscriptie. Una cu itemul care ti-l da la un world quest si una cu mesajul cand l-ai primit. Sa nu fie cu upgrade itemul sa ti-l dea la fel cum iti arata questul.

I think the problem is in Mythic+ titanforged upgrade system

Yep, even if item was not upgraded message still pops as if u got an upgrade.

Rejected.

It's actually helpful for beginners and some casual players : they get to understand how item scaling works. I remember having a guild mate with better gear on his bag than what was equipped on him. This upgrade notification has nothing annoying once you get used to it and you can easily get rid of this by right clicking it.
