Bug description: Master of beasts may not be working fully or at all.

You can see me switching from 47% to 88% mastery, yet average non-crit damage from pets remains the same.
P.S. - This was recorded after https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Hunter-All-Specs-Combat-Experience-Hotfix-t480057.html went live, after a server restart/crash.
