[FIXED] [Random NPC bug] Gan'jo multi-spawn and wrong phase.

Bug description: Gan'jo is spawned outside, which shouldn't happen, and is double-spawned inside the ruins proper. Also, he should only be visible by players who have the "On the Other Side" buff from this spell: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=61611&&name=on-the-other-side . Currently, players need to leave the ruins to dispel the buff during that quest so they can talk to him. =/

(If it's too hard to phase him, at least remove the extra spawns)
