Am nevoie de ajutor cu clientul

problema este ca atunci cand deschid wow legion cu clientul de 32 bits, acesta dispare si cand dau sa il pun din arhiva comprimata acesta dispare iar ce pot face sa solutionez asta?

E de la antivirus, opreste-l sau pune wow freakz launcher la exceptions.

Nu face nici un efect sa opresc antivirusul, tot dispare launcherul :/
