Druid Artifact quest version: Server Crash. How to retake?

I was in druid artifact quest progress "Fangs of Ashamane" or such and the server crashed. I relogged but my quest dissapeared from the quest log. I made a ticket , GM answered and told me to delete Cache folder and retake quest. I did that as he said, but quest giver is nowhere to be found. How can i retake quest from where i was on my progress ? Or at least how do i retake quest from the beginning ?

abandon the quest and wait for the npc, is gonna appear(relog 2-3 times) but you will lose your progress !

I can't abandon the quest as it dissapeared after server crashed. I'll try to relog 2-3 times at the Krasus's Landing to see if the quest giver will appear ! Thanks !

Go to the ashamane's fall and it should be a npc with the quest or an option to teleport to your scenario.
