Bug description: doesn't work.
Did a test with 30 raptor strikes on a player in duel. None of them were reduced by 50%.

Intentionally made it so it can spar only melee attacks (meaning white melee damage). Upon research, you seem to be right, it should reduce any physical ability as well. Fixed
