Bug description: Stormbringer Passive should increase the chance on every attack of the main or off hand of the shaman to have Stormstrike free and it doesn't do that, it procs more infrequently as it procs on blizzard .

It pure RNG, Stormbringer proc can happen from different sources and depending on different things.

Showing a video with a 900+ ilvl guy having a few consecutive procs is not good enough for a report.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.
