Bug description: Since 2-3 days ago, renewing mist has this slight delay. It's like a travel time.
I don't think it should hae a delay

watch with 0.25 speed at 2:56 - the exact moment monk presses the spell the shamy receives the buff.

Maybe it has something to do with this fix ?

started happening ~ after that went live.
