Bug description: All world bosses melee damage is extremely low (20k on 0 armor), it should be MUCH HIGHER

On retail 7.3 they deal 1mil/hit on 0 armor. On 7.1.5 the damage was lower. I have set it 200-300k for now, let's see how it is. It's still much lower than a normal raid boss (which has 700k-1mil)
