[FIXED] [Hunter][BeastMastery] Spiritbound

Bug description: Nothing happents after i put traits on Spiritbound after the first one

As you can see on the first image i have lvl3 on that trait, i have ~2.2milion AP and it shows 6% increase damage. On the second print i put another lever (i am on lvl 4 and no AP) and it's still 6% increase damage, when it should be 6.5%.

I am not sure but i think it's a visual but and it shows only multiple of 1 since after i put level 5 it is showing me 7%. So i guess it is skipping the .5% levels.

The real problem here is that i wrote down the damage of my main spells before and after i put 1 trait and there is ABSOLUTELY NO increase in it's damage. I know 0.5% it is not much but i should see a small difference there.

For example kill command was doing 215551 damage before and does the same after i put 1 more trait.(and yes i did relog).
