Bug description: Deals more dmg in PvP.

Still bugged, same for bleeds, the fix from wpn dmg didn't fix the dmg on bleeds.

so i tested the lunar inspiration and after the fix its damage might be a little bit lower than expected https://imgur.com/a/IWiSd

@kindzor what iLvl you tested with? the guy has 2.6M HP WITHOUT Reinforced Armor (in another video the same guy showed his talents and he had Sparring and 2.6M hp)

I tested with the same iLvl in the same situation, I am doing 26k first hit and around 20k tick. Same goes for your Rip report I am doing around 32k without King of the Jungle

so... on a demon hunter it would be ~19k.
I think this spell works ok as well.
