[FIXED] [Druid][Feral] Prowl + Bloodtalons vs Rake

Bug description: So the interaction is strange.

How it should be.
I normally do 30k rake ticks on a player.
From prowl you get an 100% increase. So it should make it 60k. ( this part works ok)
But if you also cat this spell from prowl with bloodtalons you should also get an additional 50% increase
so 60k +50% = 90k
But I only do 76k.

It seems that the initial rake damage works ok. It deals 90k but the ticks that come afterwards are lower than they should.
For rake the initial damage is the same as the ticks.

My mistake, failed a bit at snapshotting, stuff was additive instead of multiplicative :/
