Bug description: it reduces duration of intrerupts by more than 70%.
I did a test with a feral druid. he has a 4 second intrerupt - skull bash.
The second time he intrerupted me it only lasted like 0.1 seconds. And it should have lasted 1.2 seconds.

Has an effect which reduces interrupt duration by 30%.

Calming waters add 70% to that. Should it be highest exclusive? We have a separate effect for that, and while I am aware that it's weird to have 100% reduction with Calming Waters, it just seems super weird WHY did blizzard use stacking effect for this spell? Blizzard has 2 different aura types for "Mod Mechanic Duration % " and "Mod Mechanic Duration % (non-stacking)"...

If I'd use the latter, means that it does not add up with the base 30% that resto shamans have, but only the highest such aura will be taken into account (in our case 70%).

Opinions?

Aaaanyway, I tested on retail, it gives only 70% reduction, Blizzard is weird sometimes. Fixed -

(also changed aura type for Holy Concentration, Burning Determination and Casting Circle -> basically the exact same honor talent for different classes, they have the exact same effects...)
