[COMPLETED] Hidden Artifact bug

Bug description:
Greetings.
I've killed the mob called Downfall a few minutes ago for Hidden Artifact weapon for my Demon Hunter. I've looted it and when I used the loot for Hidden Artifact appearance after cinematics my appearance is the same like it was before. So which means like I didn't have it at all. I also checked the class hall forge and still nothing and isn't there on a list of appearance. Please if you can fix this I will appreciate it 'cause I was trying to do this for days and now I am mad, sad and dissapointed. In advance, thanks.
