Hm, inteleg ce spui, dar am verificat cu toolurile mele, si vad clar ca e afectat sansa la Healing Surge :/ ideea ii ca vorbim iara de RNG. chiar si daca ai 80% crit chance, exista sansa sa nu dai crit de 10 ori, sau sa dai crit de 10 ori cu 5% proc chance. e random
