[REJECTED] [Enchanting] Marked of the trained soldier rankup

WoW Freakz link: Enchant Neck - Mark of the Trained Soldier ranks 2 and 3.
Bug description: The enchant is lacking the rank ups. You are unable to use the next recipes which are found in the screenshots in order to rank it up.

The first screenshot -> You don't have a next rank.
The second screenshot -> The fact that the recipes are dropping on this server.
The third screenshot -> After getting it as a drop then training it, it didn't rank up.

Edit: After about 400 kills of Greywatch Infiltrator, which has a 0.9% drop rate of the rank 2 recipe, I was not able to get it. I think that you're not able to receive another recipe if you've already trained it. In the screenshots you can see me training the recipe I've received for the first time and not ranking up.

Further edit: The recipe was added to the list, but it does not appear as rank2, but as a rank1, as seen in the screenshot: https://imgur.com/QJDc3Up
