Demon Hunter: missing artifact weapon and no quests

Hi All.

I wonder if anyone can help me. My Demon Hunter is level 103. I can't seem to find any quests to get my artefact weapon. There is also no portal from the small island "illadari redoubt" to go to my class hall either. There are no quests I can take from new Dalaran.

I have my purple hearthstone for Dalaran so I must have completed all the starting quests to get to dalaran but I am now stuck as I cant get my artefact weapon and there are no quests for it. I cant seem to get to my class hall either with no portals or quests

I cant get back to the starting zone either so I am really in need of some help. Anyone have any ideas?

I managed to find the problem. There was a quest I had not taken because I thought it was a dungeon and it opened up the portal quest.
