full legendaries for one specialization

what is happening with the legendary drop after you get all of them for one specialization?
for example my loot spec is still protection paladin but i already have all the legendaries for it, will it count for bad luck protection in other spec? Will i get a random legendary from the other 2 specs?

You need to set your loot specialization to holy/retribution

yes i know but maybe i need some specific relic or trinket for prot spec from a boss/dungeon

From what i saw from youtube in retail when they change spec they have the same procent from the other spec i mean..if you have 100% for the main spec and get legendary you still have 100% for the other spec ..now dont get me wrong..im not 100% sure..also swifty got his legendary on his rogue and he said that its 100% because of his main..i guess the alt part its for 7.3 but im not sure..can a gm explain?
